This one-day workshop will take place at the farm, 10 am to 4 pm. Choose either Thursday, May 18 or Saturday, May 20.
A full day of learning what to do with your alpaca fiber. The first half of the day will be an informative presentation on how to maximize your harvest. Bring a brown bag lunch. Water, tea and cookies supplied by host. After lunch a hands on afternoon learning how to sort, grade, skirt and analyze fiber for the best use. If you currently have alpacas, bring a fleece for us to analyze. A resource list will be provided for your future reference.
